No services after hours. we work 8-5

We are a hotel & restaurant and have 24 hour service. We have outage of our telkom opticom switchboard.<br> We Can't do any bookings if the telephone is not working. After i phoned Saturday night no one picked up. 10217.<br> I logged a call over the internet . Ref 86cedz***<br> Sunday Morning I phone and asked when the technicians will be with us? Thy said it will happen the same day.<br> Then at 14:45 i phoned again to ask for a update. I was told there will only come a technician after thy do a test which can only be on monday.<br> So my question why do telkom have a business department if they can only help us on Monday to Friday 8 till 5. <br> Telkom don't really want to help!<br> ***<br>
