No services

Already two weeks line not working. Yet been charged line services where my line is inactive that is dead without any remedy to date.Telkom have not remedied was suppose to receive a line that does not have copper also not received to date. No one can get hold of me. No technician came out already 2 weeks. Despite calls and complains. Unable to log a fault no report correspondence and after sales service pathetic.
