no service/feedback from telkom ref***4

mty ref nr is ********** 4.I got this ref nr 17 th of sept.my phone line is off.so my internet is off and till today still no service.they pass the fault(blame)to open serve.but went to their shop.couldnt phone open serve and tell me whats going on with a smile on their faces.I always pay my account,but dont have any service for 3 days now and no answers either.
