No Service Worst Company to deal with

Two months ago I cancelled my services with Telkom due to the bad service and the frustration of dealing with Telkom. I have now phoned Telkom 7 times to resolve my account, Telkom is owing me money and know it seems that not all my services have been cancelled after numerous emails and phone calls. Twice I have been informed that the manager will phone me to resolve my account and guess what no call. I have spend close to two hours holding on the phone spending my own airtime. to try and get case resolved Telkom is quick to take our money but not interested in resolving issues, perfect example of a company that you don't ever want to deal with.
