No service with bad excuses

I'm posting this complaint on behalf of my aunt. Her complaint is as follows:<br> <br> Her telephone has not been working since 25 June 2015. She has been calling the call centre and is given rather pathetic excuses everytime. From not having fans and ladders to technicians being on leave. <br> <br> Come on Telkom, surely these excuses cannot be valid? And it really can't take a month to get it sorted.
