No Service What so Ever!!!

I was going to start off on a tangent.. drop the F bomb to make a point! Use !!!!!!!!! but I am not going to because i am not going to let Telkom upset me ANYMORE! All i want is a little bit of service.. we have been waiting for Telkom to fix our Reported Fault since January 9th 2018 NO Technician has been out and we keep getting told the same thing.. a Technician has been assigned.... Errrrrrm "excuse me" person on the other side of the phone listening to me *****... NOBODY has been here to sort the problem out and you ARE COSTING OUR LITTLE BUSINESS MONEY!! We are a Company Telkom.. firstly how can our main number go to a Fax Line when we dont have a Fax Machine??? We have crossed lines??? Is this why my phone account is High??? Help me... We need help.. Before we close our doors :(
