No Service - Useless Telkom

After more then a month I still have not gotten any services. They do not answer on their Website, it doesn't connect. The useless people that handle their Facebook pages also couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. The call center only answers the phones once a week and then send you from one to the other and still no joy. When they actually give you another number to call so someone else can \help"you"
