No service to review

Telkom has installed fibre at my place 27th of September 2023 and im still waiting till this day for the router. I am currently on LTE with telkom, but the internet is so slow i can't even watch a whatsapp status or play music from any music streaming platform.

I would please like it if telkom can bring me a router or just make some kind of contact regarding my contract
