No Service to almost unusable service.

So I waited 1 month for them to move my line***). Then once the line was installed the line is barely reaching speeds over 1mb !!! Previously had a perfect 10mb... I have phoned so much times and had so much ref numbers so tired of phoning!<br> Apparently there is a issue in the area !? how can this take months to resolve... Have been a client for over 5 years and never received the terrible level of service... Going to look for alternatives next month if this doesn't get resolved ASAP !!!
