No service they cut our lines

<p>I have posted earlier this month. We paid our account they have resolved the issue now they cut our mobile lines again . Telling me we have not paid we paid R4000 or I think more after we have not received statement . Now they've just cut both Your service has been interrupted, plse contact the 8.ta call centre on 081 180. Regards 8.ta Teammobile phones not cool called the call centre and the lady tells me at 21h30 pm we only paid R300 their payments does not reflect we paid the 3rd of April 2017 I called the call center told me we still owe R1600 we paid that what now she said we only paid R300 OMG OMG PLEASE HELP ME SORT THIS OUT MANY ISSUES WITH TELKOM WE PAID LOTS OF BANK CHARGES TO THE BANK AND TELKOM TOGETHER IT'S R2800 PLUS OUR BILL NOT COOL</p>
