No service Telkom should just close down, affecting my itc for ****

Since Friday I've been trying to pay my bills, however kept on getting an error stating the service is currently unavailable, so Saturday morning I call fnb my bank asking if they are offline, they response was no, it's Telkom that's experiencing network issues, so to date I haven't pAid my bills because of Telkom, I called to have the matter sorted spoke to a team leader Sibongile malinga, who send she's escalating such queries since they have been getting calls from fnb clients, I call this morning an agent by the name of tsiamo informs me that they don't any network issues, I requested to speak to a manager his surname is mohale reports to tumi who's a manager, after echoing to this agent this affects me n my itc , she says mohale is busy will call me back. I than request the head of departments email tsiamo refused n told me they r not allowed to give info out,asked where can I complain she said hello peter.
