No Service Telkom LTE Rooter

Burgersfort. We are offline for more than 2 weeks a month. We have to pay the full monthly premium. But Telkom can't supply. When you phone, they shrug it off as " Sorry we have problems in your area". If they can't supply service, we must be allowed to cancel our contract
