No service Telkom Clearwater

I went into the telkom store at Clearwater mall. I needed to draw an eWallet from FNB which was right opposite there so I decided let me go in quickly and go and get airtime so I could draw the money. The attitude which I received from the guy who was called to help me 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳 he said to me mam are u really going to make me cash up for a R10 airtime???? I mean really I then had to go all the way to woolworths to get airtime and come all the way back to FNB which made me late for my appointment all because of 1 person who felt the need to have an attitude with me because I needed to get airtime. I feel it's very wrong as it is a telkom store and weather I am buying R5 airtime or R500 should make no difference I just feel that the attitude of the staff in that store is terrible honestly
