NO SERVICE - Telkom

I have been trying to call telkom to do an upgrade on the number 10213 but it goes to voicemail. Why is so difficult to call telkom to do a simple upgrade??? If you guys are not working during this period the right thing to do is let us know when we call in via your voice prompts.
