No service Telkom

My grandmother s landline has not been working since November 2018. She is 91 years old and lives on a plot. Shes requires to pay rent on the line every single month. I personally been contacting telkom for a month now and have not one single call from telkom to have this matter resolved. Zero service and a don't care attitude from telkom.
