No service still over 3 months now

I would like to know what the hell is the problem and y cant it get fixed .<br> <br> techie comes out . I get told its working . when i get home nothing works . how long is this going to carry on for . my telkom number is ***.<br> <br> I want a manager to call me this is becoming ridiculous now .
