No service since yesterday on my 20MB LTE wifi

Your service truly suck big time. We don't have internet connection in Victoria West Northern Cape and you and telkom don't do anything about it. Telkom customer care agent are so useless,they tell me they don't see a problem on their side but its funny enough that me and my brother's sim card shows emergency calls only.If I put that sim card in my router the problem remains the same.

Since this router came here we only experienced problems after problem.It's a nightmare to be with DSL and Telkom. And you won't be able to call me because your sim card don't work!!!!!!! I PAY 1000 per month for something that's R670 per month pathetic.
