NO SERVICE SINCE MONDAY AND STILL NO UPDTE

Half the town of Tongaat is still phone-less since Monday morning, 26.01.2015. reports have been made to telkom and since Monday telkom cant even update us, the consumers. i initially reported i on monday, yesterday i did a follow up to see the progress. i got told the exact wording from the sms. till today wednesday 28.01.2014, no technician has been dispatched or the line repaired.<br> <br> please would someone assist the community in having this problem solved.
