No service since end of Febr.
Where to start 15 Febr 2018 - asked for line move to a new location(Ref ********** 34A) a week later some random person calls me telling me that the new location does not have the infrastructure to put in a line and that I should get WIFI. (But that was a lie since there was 'n line at the new location but the cable was broken)Told him that there was a line and it only needs to be fixed. Called the technations and they did not get any tickets for the line move.
30 Febr 2018 - see that they cancelled my order.
3 March 2018 - called the call center to put in a new order for line move(REF ********** 19A) the callcenter told me that I won't be charge intill the line move has been finished. Called the technations still did'nt get the ticket.
13 April 2018 - Called the callcenter telling them my problem with the line and still getting billed they closed the move order and opened a line out of service ticket ( ********** 6) but not one for the bill dispute telling me that they wil contact me back that didn't happen.
21 June 2 ********** - See that I am still getting billed while I don't have any service. logged a call for dispute on the account on the website but nothing happened no Call back or what so ever.
4 July 2018 - called the callcenter again talked to a lady that doesn't listen to anything I told her and she basically telling me the line is not working because the line has been suspended due to no payment. I told her but there is no line and service since en of Febr 2018. Recalled the callcenter and talked to someone a bit more competent and she verified that no one has looked at the query yet and that the accounting department is going to give me a call later today to tell me what is going on. Don't think that they will call me back since this is the second time that they are going to call me.
I'm out of any ideas on how I can get my account cleared and getting my line up and running again, at this point I feel like just cancelling my line and so frustrated at the moment and disappointed in telkom.
