No service, reply, NOTHING

How do you get a Land line?<br> <br> In the beginning of July 2015 I Phoned Telkom to please come and install a land and ADSL Line in our house. I was told that it will take up to 4 Weeks for someone to come in stall the line. Not long after the request I received a call from Telkom Confirming My address as the area I live in is very new and they just wanted to make sure they find the place. So i thought awesome things are happening...but<br> <br> That is where it ended!! <br> <br> I called and called and called but eventually gave up on trying to contact them because you can never get thru, Record for staying on hold was 1h 20min. So I logged on as a potential new customer because then they phone you back straight away. I Received the call not even 10 min after logging the request. I was informed that my original request for a land line was never logged onto their system that is why no one ever came to help. I had to re-log a request with them. This was the end of August. We are now at the end of September and I once again have not heard anything from them. And once again I cant get hold of anyone to help me or give me an update.<br> <br> What am I suppose to do to get a land line!!!
