No service/repairs - No one answers calls

I reported my ADSL out of order a week ago, miraculously a technician arrived to carried out a repair a day a day later, looked around and said he will be back, he failed to say what year he planned to do that. My landline was working at that stage but has also now stopped working. I have been calling the Telkom call center for a few days now, hanging on for longer than an hour at a time, I can't afford to spend that amount of time on my phone just trying to get hold of the fault call center it's just not viable and I need to work. PLEASE ASSIST
