no service repair

It's been a week since I asked telkom to come repair a phone wire inside my house and still it hasn't been done. I received a sms to say a couple of days ago that the job had been done for ref no. 25CNZ290415 but they haven't been to my house yet! I then phoned on Sat to report it where I waited forever on the phone which is fine but given an escalation Ref no. 687512 and was told they would contact me with 48 hours it's now been r days and haven't heard anything. will telkom ever come and repair it????
