No service rendered

Today I spent an hour speaking to nokubonga mkhize who failed to prove then my 1gig data was activated on my Sim card, later I spoke to her team leader who knew absolulty nothing, he failed dismally but Atleast confirmed there are services that were not active but I'm still being over billed, can somone with experience help please
