Good day <br> My Telkom services both voice and adsl communication have been cut once again. I have reported numerous incidents this year alone with this regard. Please can Telkom fix the line asap, as I desperately need both voice and adsl communication. It seems Telkom solves a problem only temporarily for this to be happening so frequently (more than 3 times this year alone)<br> <br> Please can Telkom advise me on what to do regarding this poor service or what alternatives are available. It seems the Technician that are called out for faults only come to resolve the fault they are there for and cut other peoples lines to solve their fault. The technicians should ensure that all lines are working once they have fixed a fault. I see this as a continuing problem which Telkom needs to address asap to prevent this from happening in the future.<br> <br> I expect that the line be repaired today as this has happened so often that I am considering cancelling Telkom services. I also want feedback to why my line is disrupted so often?????<br> Best regards<br> Roxanne
