NO SERVICE RECEIVED FROM TELKOM 40 DAYS LATER

Service received from Telkom is pathetic. We have tried calling Telkom on may occasions and there is a long wait for a representative to take the call and when we do get an agent we either cut off or not assisted. I have paid in an amount asked by Telkom for a new installation and was told that a call out will be done within 7 working days now 40 days later still no response.<br> <br> Can someone assist or will this fall on deaf ears
