No service received from Telkom

I am having an extremely difficult time getting in touch with Telkom to report a fault of my land line. I used all the different available channels that was recomended on their website. None of those channes gave me a reference number and I am not sure that they even received my complaint. My land line is dead and that means that I dont have any internet connection eather. I am very frustrated and dont know what to do or who would be able to fix my problem.
