Customer service providing no service. What is the point of handing over an account to two different collections companies? A person will not two arrangements that is absurd. I spoke to Philile Moyo who confidently says Telkom has a right to hand you over to two different debt collectors but will not be able to tell one of them to stop calling me for payment if I am already paying the other. I must do that myself. Yazi, this treatment is not called for as they do not know what was going on in my life that I caused me to miss payments. However, I am coming back and would like to rectify this and thrown from pillar to post. Next time I will think twice before taking something with them.
