No Service Received

So on the 3rd of April 2018, I write a review on my experience of porting my Cell C cellphone number to Telkom.

I got a response on the 23rd of April with ref: AI ********** . I received another response on the 8th of May, thanking me for making contact with them and that they are still looking into the matter and blah blah blah.

Today is the 11th of June 2018.

I am still using both my Cell C sim card and the original sim card and contact number received with my new contract in January. My original attempt at porting started in March.

IT'S JUNE AND I'M STILL WAITING. Telkom (Mobile) is officially the worst Service Provider out there. Utterly pathetic at sorting out anything.

And the wait continues.
