No Service received

Dear Telkom I noticed that your reviews are quite low. As a client of yours I hope my compliant will get the attention each compliant deseves. A response and a correction of my bil with you. My Telkom Ref *** which was logged by Ayanda on the 9 April 2021. Apparently the query was closed as "sales must sort it out", yet no one in telkom seems to care to resolve your errors. The name sounds like Eythet advised me on the 12th of May that someone will contact me as she has forwarded the compliant to the relevant person. No response has been received to date.
