<p>Our land line has now been down for a month!! We know the cables were ****** as I spoke to the technician repairing the cable on site. These repairs were completed by Out Source on the 15th Dec and then the manhole was welded closed. They told me that Telkom need to replace a blown circuit that was damaged in the box on the street corner when the cables were cut. Out Source do not have keys for the box. While I was there they called Telkom and they said they will come out and fix the problem immediatly. Needless to say nobody pitched up. I have called Telkom on numerous occasions and they promised that they will send out a technician. We simply have had enough of this shocking lack of service and complete disinterest in our problem.</p> <p>REF 141CTK081216</p>
