"No Service" Poor service

Raise a case with Telkom call center last night because there is "No Service" in area. Made up a follow on call later this morning was told that there is a turn around period of 24-48hrs for someone to have a a look at the case, not surprise . The issue is i have no service on telkom mobile data router, signal light is RED on the router. Portable router says No service. Cellphone says Emergency calls on, clearly there is a problem but its falling into deft ears. If you are interested case number is ********** 2
