No service, pay money and receive no service/products in return. TELKOM NOT RECOMMENDED!

Absolute pathetic service. Logged first complaint on the 7th of Feb, where my internet was down and telephone line non-operational. Telkom several times said they checked the line and that its not faulty and the fault is on my end. However my telephone line nor my internet have been operational from this date (7 Feb). I pay a lot of money and NO internet for a whole MONTH!!! This is absolute bullsh*t service. In October 2017 I upgraded my two lines and was promised 2xLIT devices, they still don't have stock but continue to falsely advertise that you will be receiving this device. (Disclaimer: One of my two lines are functional and have not been experiencing any faults)

i am very dissappointed by the service!. I do NOT recommend them because you will only be paying money for no service and no products!

After 5 weeks without internet a technician was assigned to the problem. Problem has been solved. Some friendly advice Telkom, hire some more technicians. This will result in better services, thus happier customers and possibly the creation of some job opportunities. Thank you for finally solving the problem.
