No service or response from Telkom....two weeks now!

Despite posting a review on HELLOPETER last week, I have yet to hear from TELKOM and my landline is STILL TOTALLY DEAD. Once again, I feel Telkom needs to put its Money where it's mouth is and not only FIX my line but compensate me for every day they are not fulfilling their contract...i.e...to have a working service.
