No Service or Installation after I payed!!

I have opened a account for Wi-Fi on the 17th of April, payed my deposit and they still haven't come back to me. I am so very disappointed! I have been to the Telkom store a number of times and every time they say they will come back to me or fix the problem, but they never do! What more can one do???!!!! Horrible service!
