No Service Online and Via Telephone

<p>I need a new landline and Adsl line installed. After numerous attempts online with no feedback i tried to call the sales centre. After 45 minutes of waiting in a que. Tried to call later still in a que. Can someone please assist. I need a new land line with a 4mb Adsl uncapped urgently</p>
