No service on calls logged - ADSL line

Lightning has damaged my ADSL line and I do not have access to my wifi anymore.

I have logged 3 calls and went to their offices in Secunda to resolve this with no success. It has been over a week now and nothing done!!!

Yet they expect me to pay the bill at the end of the month. I guess I'll rather have to switch over to a new service provider.
