NO SERVICE... OLD LADY LEFT WITH NO PHONE

My neighbour, who is 84 & ill app**** for a wireless prepaid phone. Two weeks ago her line was cut off, but no phone was delivered. They said they cannot reconnect her landline & would "escalate" the request. SHE IS STILL WAITING ! We have phoned many times and get the same reply. She relies on her phone. I AM REALLY DISGUSTED AT THE POOR SERVICE !!! Telkom does not deserve any stars for the rating !!!
