No service-No Show

Good day at home we have a Telkom line that does not work, My Aunt phoned telkom just to inform them of the problem however they did not come or phone her on her cell just to update her of the outcome \ NO SHOW\".<br> We tried their contact center again later on the same week, the line kept on cutting after holding on for a long time this was in January 2016 ,then we logged the query using Telkom website reference number was :272crz080216 still no show. At home we don't receive or make calls with our pre-paid phone recently. What is the use of having a landline if it is just useless after such a long time this is how we are treated , We cannot even check on my Aunt because we cant get hold of her. Please assist urgently as this is the only way we can get hold of my aunt and kids."
