No service no response nothing.

Two to three months ago we app**** for a landline. The consultant called and booked the order. They said a technician will be at our home in 7working days. Nothing within 7 days until now. I have called in so many times, sent enquiries, sent complaints and even went to the store in vaal mall. But nothing.

We need the line urgently.

Does telkom want business or not?

If they weren't the only guys for landlines, we would have taken our business a long time ago to another company.

Please get back to us urgently.

We need the line installed.
