No service, No response

Landline down for 3rd day. Logging CALLS VIA WEBSITE has no RESPONSE (Tried on website, tried via account, tried via customer contact. Tell me that someone will call soon - after 3 days how soon is that?). Went into branch and they did not bother findi g out and simply said repairs to landlines not being done and I should move to the other offering. Not sure if they are lying and hiding Incompetence. How to lose customers....
