No service ... No response ...

<p>I try not to be negative but when I am being charged for something that I cancelled - it's irls me. call teh call center and they say sorry ma'am - please forward us the proof of cancellation. I have sent it over 8 times and till no response. I have now resorted to Hellopeter. Does it really have to get this bad to get some service?</p> <p>Please help</p>
