No service no payment!!!!!

We app**** for wifi and still waiting about almost a month and still no instalation or something from telkom!!! Send agreement and want payment but no wifi or service!!! Dont hope it is like this for 24 months... poor service to say the least!!!! Order nr ********** 48..
