No service. No joy

Your service is the worst!!!! Spoke to NKWANDA, she did a deal, never got confirmation, 3 days later phone 10210, then 10213, never got service. Tried again just now, spoke to Mandala lady, I hung up after 20min42sec!!!!! Holding!!!!!! Dont seem you want to do business!!!! If this is the start, how will the aftersales service be? NON-EXISTENT?????
