No service no help

Telkom service is very bad I been paying my contract wth no issues unless the time I lost my job of which I called them I explained that now I will be paying what I can afford as I don't have a job but I will try pay and u kept my promise and I finally finished the debt and now they owe me about R900 which they don't bother by sending it back secondly they took one of my numbers gave it to someone else yet that number is that number that we use it daily and even registered at our bank so imagine the inconvenience that they have caused I mean surely potential employers been tryng to get hold of me but they can't. What is this now please explain this
