No Service, No Feedback, Nothing

We have been trying to get our Telkom landline moved from our old address to our new address since June with now success and no feedback. We have logged several requests and we even have an "Escalation" reference number, but still nothing. Since, we have simply stopped paying Telkom and not even that has made them phone us...
