no service long fault solving
<p>Good Day</p> <p>I have a fault that has been open since 28/02/2017</p> <p>there was no internet or line what so ever....</p> <p>the fault has been closed on the 10/03/2017</p> <p>only issue solved was the landline is working again.</p> <p>the internet is still not working and the line does not sync.this problem has been there more than a month and had to log a second fault on the 26/03-2017</p> <p> </p> <p>they have handed me ove as well due to none payment. I do not see why i should pay for a service i am not getting...</p> <p>i have disputed the bill and am awaiting feedback on that as well.</p> <p>I have never been contacted by an technician or anything regarding the progress of my fault...</p> <p>this is very poor service and i have no more options left. over a month to fix a problem and it's still not sorted is pathetic!!!</p> <p> </p>
the fault still remains. pathetic service and lack of communication coming from a COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY this is pathetic!
the Technician was assigned and the deadline was for 28-03-2017
no feedback was given and the issue remains. the call centre has tried contacting him mor than 4 times with no luck. I need to speak to someone who knows what they are doing cause clearly no one does! no one can give me any answers other than the issue has not been sorted and a technician has been assigned.
I'll be waiting to hear from you guys

& your debit collectors keep bothering about payment on the dispute i made that was accepted by Telkom.
I am very unsatisfied and unhappy with Telkom’s service.
I kindly request you to cancel my contract effective immediately. I will not be paying for a poor quality & poor service product.
