No service like usual from Telkom

<p>I what to cancel my landline cause i cant get dsl on it and i faxed the cancellation form to the number given on the downloaded cancellation form ....that was on the 1st of July 2016 , 09:33 the morning....and still no reply....no you can talk to the department , you can only send a mail with will be answered in 21 days....well its now more that a month , when will you give me a call ? </p>
