No service like no service

<p> I have been waiting exactly 2 weeks. Their so called technician was given the job card on the 19th and I am still waiting for a call. Phoned every single day, every day the story changes from their very friendly but very useless call centre. Even spoke to a man that called himself a boss of telkom but that also dit not help. </p> <p> </p>
