No service let alone pathetic service

Worst customer service ever. 1st Call logged on 12 February 2018, called was closed although it was not resolved. Logged the fault again on 20 February 2018, to date not resolved. Each time I call I am given a different reason was fault not resolved. For how long is this going to carry on. It's pathetic
