No service - Just bad service Telkom

The service provided at Telkom is so bad pulling teeth is a joy this upgrade is nightmare that has no end : ref *** I wanted to upgrade my phone unfortunately due to the new system upgrades they put in place my application had to be send to their head office ( back office) When I go back to the store for an update they refer me to their call center 011 *** when I call the call center they refer me to their store at mall of the south ( they should close this branch the people there are not help full at all nothing ) I am not sure what to do The team leaders at the call center refuse to take my calls and my calls have also been dropped when i tried to enquirer no one can advise whats happening all they can say is go to the store its 7 days now and I still don’t know what’s going on , i am really frustrated and these are the numbers i have called 021 183 . ***, 10201
